Two 12.7oz bottles of 100% pure apple syrup made from one ingredient: apples.
We start with our fresh-pressed sweet apple cider and reduce it to a thick syrup. It takes about 30-40 apples to make one gallon of cider, and 10 gallons of cider to make 1 gallon of syrup.
